Was put in a room above the outdoor bar seating and had to deal with so-called grownups drinking and being loud into the early morning hours. You can literally hear every noise in your room as if the walls were paper thin. 2 of the 3 mornings there was no hot water for showers and the breakfast was less than average at best. “The shampoo CONDITIONER CONTAINER, IN THE SHOWER, WAS EMPTY. WE FOUND TWO SMALL SCREWS ON THE CARPET ( probably from the furniture assembly (renovation ?) workers. Luckily, found them without stepping on them with bare feet. Bathroom door (1)didn’t close properly because door frame had too much paint on it; (2) wouldn’t open fully as it contacted the new(?) floor tile ; and the frame was missing a frame silencer. “The hotel allowed music to be blared in the main area until midnight; our whole bed shook from the vibrations. We had to ask teens running through the hallways after 9 pm to stop. Room was set up nicely, but phone didn't work and cleaning not the best--food stuck to ledges and carpet. Bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay, but signs posted that can't take breakfast back to room as they had dealt with extensive waste.”
