“L’hotel si trova su un promontorio privato tra Chaweng e Lamai. La mia camera era d03, con una buona vista su oceano, esposta a est. Struttura immersa nel verde rigoglioso, camera stupenda e ampia. Il concierge dedicato è stato molto utile e ha saputo gestire ogni richiesta in modo eccellente. Abbiamo fatto escursione sulla barca dell’hotel a ko ang thong, tutto eccellente”

“The buggy system was cumbersome and inconsistent. Don’t think it was a personnel issues but just the system. Could be 2-20 mins different so was hard to plan when they would come. North was very good to us the entire trip! Bill was excellent with customer service the entire time. Khim was excellent at the pool and the tour to the islands.”
