“I received an email the day before we arrived, it said that the hotel would take a deposit of (I'm not allowed to say a specific cost on this site) a fair amount for any damages, the amount that was taken was seven times the amount that was quoted in the email, money I needed for my holiday, I won't be back.”

“Great views and location. I think the rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. Restaurant staff the coffee shop. Staff were very friendly. The event staff could be a little more friendly and hospitable. Definitely think that they could benefit from some training on food, allergies even basic ones like nuts and strawberries.. for that type of hotel for especially for a business convention center. I expected a higher caliber of service and Venue. Was disappointed”
