“Dangerous and rude property. My daughter checked in Friday. They assigned her a room and gave her a key. She went out with friends before bringing in her luggage, and returned after. When she went to her assigned room, her key did not work. So she went to front desk to tell them. They looked up her room, and rekeyed for her. When she opened the door, there was a man in the room. They gave a stranger, her room, and did not update their records. That put her in a dngerous situation. Fortunately,...

“1. Why doesn’t your staff refill items at breakfast? Each day at least one or 2 items would be empty and staff would take their own sweet time in replacing them or saying that they would not replace at all. It seemed more out of laziness than anything else. 2. Even after requesting room clean up the person did not arrive at the agreed time and front desk had no clue when they would be able to come 3. No kettle in the room and very old equipment”

“We only slept and ate breakfast before hitting the road. King size room with 4 standard pillows. No in room coffee maker but fresh ground coffee 24/7 downstairs in the lobby. The room does have a fridge and microwave. Parking was convenient. All of the staff were excellent that we encountered.”

“No breakfast just coffeem roaches found in our room. The people next door had a dog barking all night. Pool wasn't open. And the whole property smelt like weed.”
