“Bathroom had dirt on the floor. There was no Kleenex and only three pillows for a king size bed and two adults. The couch was is poor condition and the towel rack in the bathroom was loose. The bath towels were more like the size of two hand towels sewn together. The staff was friendly and quick at the check-in desk. ”

He kept a close eye on the vehicle, made sure no one was attempting to steal anything, and checked in on us regularly. His concern and willingness to help gave us peace of mind, especially since we were worried the battery would die from the alarm continuously sounding. Tony went above and beyond, and his professionalism and kindness did not go...

“We played 230$ for the room and were told it slept four but it did not so our friends had a king room with a pull out couch so we switched rooms… the pull out couch mattress was completely stained from past use/customers….went to get bedding from the front desk and it was also stained… then the breakfast for paying 230$ thought it would be ok but the eggs tast like rubber… ”
