“Upon arrival it was fans placed on the reception area. We were unaware and were not communicated that the whole hotel did not had A/C. Went to the room that smelled musty but it was our last day so we decide to deal with it. After more than 30 minutes Noticed that a/c was not cooling the room . Called the front desk and was told they will investigate, received a call back with the bad news. I was offered a refund if we decided to check out. No other offers . Only had one washcloth one towel, toilet paper holder was broken with no extra toilet paper… little things that mean a lot… I can say that there was a water shortage and we didn’t have water in the room for almost 2 days and they did accommodate us with bringing water.”

“This is a beautiful hotel and the double bed room was huge. The decor is very upscale and the rooftop lounge/ hot tub area is amazing. Now for the cons: The parking situation is not ideal. There’s a garage within walking distance but it’s very easy to get turned around in there. We ended up lost trying to find our way back out to the hotel. The beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. The pillows were completely flat and the mattress was hard as a rock. Do not expect to sleep well...
