“Non male ma un po' fuori zona”

Nel complesso non è male. La stanza era un po' piccola ma tutto sommato tenuta decentemente e abbastanza pulita. Peccato solo per quel deodorante davvero pessimo. La posizione è un po' fuori zona, bisogna stare con la macchina. La colazione è abbondante e ben servita. La connessione wi-fi in alcune zone dell'albergo non prendeva bene ed era un po' lenta. Personale cortese e disponibile. All'esterno c'è la piscina e un discreto giardino.

“Rubbish !!!”

The hotel was located beside a busy road with nothing else in the area, no bars, shops or restaurants so you were stuck in the hotel with no facilities after 10PM. The evening meal was nice though, which is more than can be said for breakfast, the coffee was never more than lukewarm, the fruit salad was tinned but there was a selection of cereals and bread and croissants with ham and cheese as well as hard boiled eggs, fresh apples and pears The hotel was well outside Rome, about a 20/30 minute train trip which wasn't bad at 1 Euro each way. The hotel provided a mini bus shuttle service between the hotel and the station which had to be booked. The earliest shuttle in the morning was 8.15 so if you had to be in Rome before 9.00 am you had take a taxi to the station which cost us 17 Euros. On our last day we were due to be picked up at 17.15 at the station as we were leaving the hotel at 18.00 but the minibus did not turn up and we had to get a taxi back just making it in time for our pick up at a cost of another 17 Euros. The hotel staff said the minibus did turn up but we did not see it and we were waiting from 17.00 to 17.40. The room was fine with good air conditioning and very clean. Tea and coffee facilites were supplied on request but they came with no milk and they were taken away the following day but supplied again later again on request but as it was after 9.30 they could not give us a kettle, even though this time the milk was supplied, what was the point?

“Value for money”

Hotel clean & comfortable,. Staff polite & friendly. Hotel shuttle bus to & from the airport & bus/train station,fantastic. Breakfast buffet had a variety to choose from , value for money. Swimming pool always kept clean. Restaurant evening set meal was good quality & value for money. Location not so good,

“Very Easy and Friendly - Will stay there again!”

Of all the hotels we stayed at over the last few weeks in Italy this hotel, the cheapest, was the best. It was very clean, comfortable and the staff were very helpful and spoke good English. There was a courtesy bus to pick up and collect from airport and metro so the actual location was unimportant and close to both. (very difficult to find ourselves by car though!!!) The rooms were clean and gave enough room for the three beds we booked in each room. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, again everything was done with thought and care. I will stay again and thank all the staff for making our stay this week very easy and comfortable.

“ikke anbefalingsværdig”

Hotellet i sig selv var godt nok, men beliggenheden ikke særlig god, langt fra alting. Omgivelserne utrolig kedelige, tæt på motorvej og industriområder. Vi vil gerne til Rom igen, men ikke på dette hotel. Hotellet ydede dog den service at køre gæsterne til og fra nærmeste undergrundsstation. Vi forventede, dog at Expedia ville oplyse om hotellets service, med hensyn til transport også til og fra lufthavnen. Vi mener dog at hotellet burde have været bedre forberedet på at vejlede deres gæster med hensyn til transport i tilfælde af skybrud som det vi oplevede. Nogle andre gæster vi snakkede med havde brugt 3 timer på at returnere til hotellet om aftenen(torsdag den 2o. oktober.

“"Un hôtel que nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier"”

Excellent accueil, le personnel est adorable. Souriant, très serviable, ils n'hésitent pas à vous rendre service quand vous êtes dans le besoin. Arrivés à l'aéroport nous avons appelé l'hôtel pour savoir s'il était possible de venir nous chercher: "aucun problème" nous ont ils dit, 10 min plus tard nous étions dans la navette direction l'hôtel à 4km (10/15 min en fonction du trafic) On a passé un superbe séjour grâce à eux. L'hotel en lui même est charmant et reposant. Certes un peu loin du centre mais une navette est là pour vous conduire au métro chaque matin et venir vous rechercher en fin de journée. Pour le métro comptez 30 min pour regagner le centre. Bref on garde un très bon souvenir de cet Hôtel et le conseillons vivement !

Shuttle Service zum/von Airport wird angepriesen aber dies gilt nur für einen bestimmten Flughafen.Dies ist bei der Buchung dieses Hotels nicht ersichtlich und sehr ärgerlich!

“Problème de transport entre l'hotel et Rome”

Excellent accueil, très bon petit déjeuner et une grande disponibilité du personnel. Seul problème c'est qu'on ne peut pas apprécier la magie de Rome et ses monuments la nuit, car : Le métro s'arrête à 21h et le free schuttel de l'hotel ne fonctionne pas après 23h. Mais j'ai passé un bon moment.
