“Because of an overlooking error by another APP, there were many angry room seekers around the city of Mobile, Alabama. Using this app, I made other arrangements to stay at the Hampton Inn in Saraland, Al. The gentleman behind the counter was very cool under pressure, collected and professional in his demeanor. Because the night was hot and humid, after confirming my arrangements, he immediately handed me two bottles of water, coupled with his previously stated traits, immediately abated my...

“Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc.”

“We have stayed here many times. Usually the breakfast is a draw. But it was lacking this time. The butter was replaced by a spread. The staff did not have the breakfast properly prepared. It was not what we had grown accustomed to.”

“I had requested a top floor & hardly any guests staying there, the lady at the front desk refused to let us have the top floor, what I noticed she was putting everyone on the first floor. The breakfast was mediocre, sausage tasted terrible, hard boiled eggs were gray inside when I cut them open, so didn’t eat much of a breakfast. Our room was pretty much clean. Parking was good.”

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worse enemy. My key to the room wouldn’t not work and had to go down stairs three times until I was mixed to another room. When I was moved to the new room there was no shower curtain and the floors were terrible. Then I requested a refund because I was going to drive through but u was told there wasn’t going to be a refund. Then I requested a new room. Which then my sheets were stained and there were roaches in the sink and bath tub.”
