“I had a great stay at Tru by Hilton in Winchester, VA. The hotel felt modern, clean, and well-maintained from the moment I walked in. The lobby had a bright, open layout with plenty of space to relax or get some work done, and the atmosphere felt welcoming without being overdone. My room was simple but very clean and thoughtfully designed. Everything was in good working order, and the bed was comfortable, which made it easy to rest after a long day. Our floor was terribly dirty, didn't have enough towels, the room looked as if had been partially remodeled but was not finished, and the pool was closed. Not worth the money and we won't be back the next ti.e we are in the area to visit.”
