“The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. ”

Air conditioning is too high Few restaurants in the vicinity but wakable distance to the riverside Tampa has poor public transportation i suggest uber to go anywhere 5 min to cruise port 25 min far from premium outlet”

“½ Star — Terrible Stay, Painful Sleep, Weak Breakfast, and Overpriced Parking I stayed at Hyatt House Downtown Tampa expecting a comfortable and reliable hotel experience, especially because the Hyatt name usually carries a certain level of trust. Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish, and I honestly would not recommend this property to anyone who values comfort, rest, or basic hospitality. “It was a place to stay, nice service people we couldn’t get plumbing issue on flushing resolved they finally showed up to roomb(probably a front desk follow up issue) we finally kept lid off and tapped the pump in order to get tank to refill the bathroom wide glass sliding door is directly in front of bed and glass window allowing light to filter to bedroom which is ok with one guest but if another guest is sleeping you will have to do your bathroom thing in the dark, elevators and floor entry...
