“This place is like dream! Really nice interior design. Comes with washer dryer which is an added plus if you plan on staying longer than 5 days. Just remember to not flush anything down the toilet! Not even toilet paper. The toilets here extremely sensitive.”

“Everything as advertised and more…..the pictures do not do the pool and lounge area justice, it was gorgeous. Definitely peak around bottom floor, there was a really neat library sitting room we didn’t discover right away. We rented a car so was a fabulous location with our own transportation.”

“Located in the hip La Veleta neighborhood, it is a brand new development with only 8 casitas so it is very private. A 15min walk from downtown Veleta where there are plenty of fun things to do and a 15min bike ride to the beach it is very centric. Place is very well outfitted and has everything you would need to have the perfect stay. Rooftop palapa and pool are super fun to have and enjoy. Highly recommend!”

“This was a last minute rental for us due to a cancellation at our chosen property because of a power outage. The positives of the home are the parking, the home is situated directly on the ocean with a small pool also oceanfront, The air conditioners work really well and the showers have lots of hot water. However the pictures do not adequately represent the condition of the home. Unfortunately there has been very little upkeep in the maintenance. Many of the windows are unable to close...

“My family and I came to Tulum to celebrate my 50th birthday, and had a wonderful vacation. Our stay at Casa Kevali was a treat! The house is spacious and accommodated our big group. It is very nicely decorated, its name was perfectly chosen. Karla is a great host, flexible and easily reached. The only thing missing was a white, fine sand beach, there were lots of shells and rocks as you enter the water, but the kayaking was a lot of fun. “A group of seven of us stayed at the house. The house itself is beautiful, the outside view and patio is perfect. The pool was freezing but we still enjoyed it. The “butler kitchen” was lacking cookware to be called a chef’s dream. We had little to work with but were able to pull off breakfast. They did not have a lot of cleaning supplies or kitchen towels which was a little frustrating and the kitchen sink water was either scolding hot, or there was no water pressure with lower temp. “We absolutely loved Casa Ligera. There were thirteen women in our group. The house had lots of communal space. Alfredo and Andrea were lovely and so helpful. We also had a chef come for two night's per the rental company's recommendation and it was such a treat! The house itself is beautiful, well maintained, in an amazing location. Walkable to the beach, on the water, with the nicest views imaginable. The pool was lovely as well. Could not recommend this place more.”

“7 friends and myself stayed at Miguel’s place and it was a good experience. The development is beautiful but still under construction so a lot of the amenities weren’t open just yet. “Me encantó el lugar, y todos son muy lindos contigo , súper atentos , amables , siempre al pendiente de lo que necesitas , a mi llegada la recepcionista fue súper súper linda y explicó todo a detalle , las actividades, la red de wifi, horarios etc. lo malo es que está súper escondido y no hay señal para el GPS así que lo ideal es poner el GPS saliendo del aeropuerto,”

“This place is brand new, only 4 months old since it opened. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you by answering your questions or by simply confirming a taxi when needed. I would stay there again, the only con I didn't like is that the closest convenience store is "walking distance" but the roads are very confusing [we got lost]. ”
