“It is a wonderful property. We loved the view and being able to walk to a few restaurants. The location is perfect. It’s a quiet area with a Cenote within walking distance. It’s convenient to Akumal and Tulúm. There is construction next door, but it wasn’t disruptive. The groundskeeper and housekeeper were attentive. A place on the beach was cleared daily. “Great location - away from the chaos of Cancun but not so far as to be hard to reach. Close to Tulum and lots of cenetos (Aktun Chen was the highlight of our trip - don't miss it) and other cool stuff. “This place is brand new, only 4 months old since it opened. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you by answering your questions or by simply confirming a taxi when needed.
