Amazing Tulum Villa w/ Pool in Exclusive Secured Community, Near Ruins & Beach

Unique & amazing 3 bedroom 5 bathroom villa w/ private pool in the new exclusive secured Kaybe community of Tulum. Next door to Jaguar National Park. This is an actual full home (no shared walls). Great location in Tulum, yet still quiet and peaceful with jungle surroundings. Located across from the Tulum ruins. You get access to private yoga architecture, jungle tower, gym, jogging trails and beautiful jungle parks with many more amenities. 15-minute bike ride to the beach and Tulum ruins.

The space:
Private yard with pool in fully walled back yard. Take in beautiful sounds and sites of the jungle from the 3rd floor patio. Walk a block to the amazing nature park with one-of-a-kind architectural structures and 7 story tower with views of the Mayan ruins and the ocean.

The gated community offers 24 hours security, parking, reception, events room, sundecks, semi-Olympic pool, children’s pool, paddle courts, social area, terrace, snack area, children’s area, changing rooms, jogging track, gym, yoga room.

House has water filtering, water softener & reverse osmosis. No more damaged hair.

Great Location

Property was right size for 4 adults and 3 children. Everyone loved the community pool, the gym, the yoga structures, and walking about the neighborhood. Location was convenient to Tulum and all activities there. Owner was quick to respond to any queries.

The positive about this rental was location, security, water purification and communication with problems from the owner. The downside was photos of property where not current and did not show current condition of backyard, outdoor furniture (lack there of), as well as cleanliness of indoor living room furniture. The amenities need to be updated as there were many things listed and shown in pictures as available that where not.

Amazing!

This lovely villa is as beautiful as the pictures in the listing! My partner, two teenagers, and I stayed there for 6 nights and had (thankfully!) great weather. We were pleased with the privacy and security of the location and used our rental car for trips to the beach, stores, cenotes, and ruins. The villa is spacious and comfortable with all the necessities at hand. We absolutely loved having our own pool at the end of a hot beach day! I'd love to stay here again and highly recommend this location!

Great modern house in Tulum

We had a great 5 day stay at this house. We had 8 people in our family, and there was beds and space for all of us. The AC units did a great job keeping the house cool during this hot days. Having access to a washer and dryer was great. Everything was clean and new. The water filter was used a little during our stay, and avoided lots of water bottles we would have had to purchase. The ginger also had a lot of fun games to play, which kept the kids busy. The community pool and padel courts were so nice. The gated community was very friendly and safe. Thanks!

Paradise

My husband and I had an amazing stay. The home is beautiful and very well maintained. The villa is in a community surrounded by jungle, but not too far from the beach resort. We enjoyed the pool and we were thankful there were bikes we could use. We enjoyed the gym and the reliable wi-fi we both had to work. The property owner was extremely helpful and he also gave us suggestions on things to do. I’m very grateful and would love to stay again.

Magical stay

We loved our stay in Tulum. This property keeps you out of the fray of town and traffic. The community is just getting started, we had all the amenities to ourselves as only a few houses are finished. We rode bikes, played paddle ball, had the whole community pool to ourselves and spent every morning in the yoga structures....the views are breathtaking. The house was perfect for my family of 6, with a splash pool for the warm afternoons. Kyle sent us a guide to Tulum, upon request, and it was very helpful in finding great spots to eat and explore. We had a magical stay!!

This is an amazing property! The owner is very responsive and has great suggestions. I was a little anxious about our first trip to Mexico, but the owner of the house thought of everything! From bikes with locks for riding to/from town, a whole-house generator for the occasional power outage, and independently controlled air conditioning in each room, I can tell the house was very carefully planned for comfort. The reverse osmosis water filtration and ice maker are easily the best additions to the house. My kids were constantly filling their cups! The community that the house is in is still very new, with houses being built all around, but there is still lots of jungle and peaceful space.
