“A complete GEM! We stayed in a cabin and it was cute and private and everything we needed. The kitchenette was just a stove top and mini fridge but perfect for a quick lunch pack before we went out on the trails. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and helped us pick wonderful hikes and day trips. We ate dinner one night and it was better than a 5 star restaurant in town. “They come around and clean the rooms every 3 days unless you want them to clean them sooner. The staff were very friendly and the Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had! What put it over the top was the White Gravy and Biscuits! I have never had that offered anywhere before and it was delicious 😋. While I was there they repaved the parking lot and they did a great job! All in all it was a fantastic place to stay! I will be staying there again every time I'm up that way!”

“Marriott bought this a few months ago, but it has not been renovated yet. The photos were somewhat deceiving. Our stay was fine, but we expecting much more. Breakfast was good, but limited in offerings due to small breakfast area. We stayed four nights and if we wanted housekeeping, we had to ask for it. The view however was quite nice, as all rooms face the Umpqua River.”

“Room wasn’t ready until 5pm. Room had an awful smell. AC was very loud. Mattresses were worn out. Found dog hair on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was not good. No fresh fruit, potatoes overcooked. I would not recommend this place. I chose it because the reviews looked good. Don’t believe the good reviews.”
