“The good: great location,right across the street from Ripleys etc. The room was comfortable and the property overall was clean. They didn't try to force their way in to do housekeeping (I've been to hotels that do), and the beds/pillows were incredibly comfortable-some of the best I've seen in a hotel. “Location around events were awesome, the staff was great. Didn’t care for the ice machines to be broken. The rooms could have been better accommodating with the cleaning which was very very poor for the amount of money you’re spending . The bedding was dirty and obviously not changed from the previous guest. That is unacceptable and I’m very disappointed in that.”

One night couldn't sleep as there was a loud drunken party upstairs (hotel staff knew about and couldn't do anything) Pne night - in two different moments - someone tried to open the hotel room very strongly: tried for so long to call the reception..none picked up the phone ...I guess it's enough....”
