“The staff and breakfast was good but the room itself was sketchy. The door looked like it was broken into multiple times.”

“They did not clean our room after the first night we stayed, which means we had no coffee for the next morning, so I had to go down to the lobby in my pajamas and get some. We asked them if they had a shuttle.They said no.And even though there were several options, they didn't give us any ideas about finding a shuttle, very unhelpful. They could have said, oh, you can catch one right outside. There was no conditioner in the bathroom... It was empty. Other than that it was wonderful.”

“Hotel gradevole, zona piacevole, vicina a molti ristoranti. Mini golf nei paraggi. Una pecca abbastanza importante è la colazione. Pochissimi posti a sedere, scelta scarsa e non varia mai. Ottima la piscina, silenzioso il complesso . Mi è piaciuto, tornerei sì ma senza colazione. ”

“Hotel nuovissimo, camera bella. Bella piscina e hall spaziosa, c’è una caffetteria e un piccolo market. Trasporti per i parchi Universal veramente efficienti e comodi, ingresso anticipato ai parchi universal incluso. ”

“Overall it was ok. The curtain for the outside porch was dirty. The towels in the bathroom looked unclean although it was washed. You could tell they have been used many times before. There was no inside shower curtain so we had to use towels for the bathroom floor. The AC was set at 70 degrees and unfortunately the night time was rough because it was hot. The main closet had a loud noise that I mentioned to the host about and was told it would get fixed and that never happened in the week that...
