“Honestly I don't have one negative thing to say. Property was clean Staff friendly Breakfast was plentiful The light snacks were a full dinner. My husband and I were traveling alone but having a mean twice a day I didn't have to worry about made our stay that much better. The kitchen staff joked with my husband about his sports teams. Lisa and Colton were so friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back in July. ”

“New and very beautiful hotel right at the entrance of the park. Wonderful view of the park from the room. One note: we were not allowed a late check-out, even though we had requested it in advance and there was availability in the hotel”

“Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata deludente. La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: le lenzuola non erano fresche e la camera non è stata né rifatta né pulita la mattina seguente. Inoltre, i letti non erano king size come indicato nella descrizione, ma di dimensioni più piccole e poco confortevoli. “Everything was 5 star. The only thing I didn’t like was getting nicked and dimed at $28 a night for parking. Hide the parking cost by raising the room cost if you need to. I wouldn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of if you did that. Staff was top notch. Food at in house restaurant was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable.”

“Hotel comodissimo per raggiungere gli Universal studios in 15 minuti grazie alla navetta gratuita, che parte a diversi orari dall’hotel di fronte. Abbiamo pagato nettamente meno agli hotel ufficiali del parco. Stanze grandi e confortevoli, staff cortese. Potrebbe essere meglio la colazione, abbiamo richiesto con anticipo opzioni vegane ma non abbiamo ricevuto gran che. Il personale si è comunque dimostrato molto disponibile!”

“We didn't really eat at the hotel. We were busy at the parks or we took the walking path over to City Walk. We really enjoyed the path and it was a quick half mile or so walk to City Walk and two of the parks. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions we had.”

“Hotel gradevole, zona piacevole, vicina a molti ristoranti. Mini golf nei paraggi. Una pecca abbastanza importante è la colazione. Pochissimi posti a sedere, scelta scarsa e non varia mai. Ottima la piscina, silenzioso il complesso . Mi è piaciuto, tornerei sì ma senza colazione. ”
