Escape to our 3-story, family-friendly beach condo, just 3 blocks from the ocean! Perfectly located between Dewey & Rehoboth, this home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Enjoy a flexible layout, a private patio, a community pool, and 2 dedicated parking spots. Ideal for groups seeking a peaceful retreat with easy access to town for food, drinks, and fun. Your perfect seaside getaway awaits! See you at the beach!

ADDITIONAL RULES
At least one guest over the age of 25 years old must be present while unit is occupied. Absolutely NO PARTIES or gatherings. We provide a maximum of TWO assigned parking spots. There is no additional on site parking. Pool closes at 10 pm and is open from Memorial Day Weekend through the end of September. If additional guests are found to be staying in the property without authorization from the host, an additional fee of $100 per person, per night will be charged. Failure to abide by these rules will result in immediate eviction, with all money paid by you (the guest) forfeited.

Overall positive
The place was nice. Good location. Common/living area is a little small. They advertise that it sleeps 10 but you have to pay extra for guests 5-10 - or they won't unlock the upstairs (3rd floor) room (the rooms on the second floor have double/queen beds, upstairs has bunk beds and a double bed). I had 5 guests so I paid for one extra but had my daughter's friend not joined us, this would not have worked for my family of 4 as my teenaged son and daughter would not have shared a bed and I wouldn't want to pay extra just to have access to appropriate beds for siblings.
Overall though this was a good accommodation for a few days.

Location location location
Last minute attempt to find a spot for a long weekend was just enough for 5 of us. Great location, 2 blocks to Dewey and only steps from Fifers!! There were enough beds for 10, but not enough seating in the living room if all beds were filled. Another couple was initially planning to come, but glad it didn't work. Don't expect fancy, but the owners were timely with questions and the kitchen was stocked with utensils and pans and equipment enough to make soup, bake cookies, and blend up some yummy drinks. Honestly, I would only say it would be nice to have had a broom and a dust pan to quietly counteract sand buildup on the kitchen floor, and maybe towels that would cover up the average body so you could wrap one around you coming from the outdoor shower. But otherwise a great option for a couple nights at the beach!

Excellent condo location Rehoboth/Dewey Beach
Both condo and pool very clean and accessible.
Condo has been nicely updated with a beautiful backyard patio and a very user friendly outdoor shower.
Quite a very long two blocks to the beach, but walkable.
Kitchen well equipped.
