“This was a really great experience! Just a 5 minute walk up and down the hill from the bus stop, this stay has it's own vegetable garden, great views of the tea fields, trail access, and beautiful points to watch the sunrise and set. The staff were very helpful, spoke English, and helped plan a day trip for you, especially helping figure out public transit. The hot pot dinner (extra cost though very reasonable) was delicious and the breakfast (included) was also very yummy. Highly recommend...

“The service and view was very amazing. These are the most enjoyable things for us. Even though the way to get there is not really convenient from the airport, after my girlfriend and I experienced staying in the hotel, we will still consider the hotel which is still our first choice to stay. Since we did not go to Alishan national forest this time, we are deciding to go back with the same staying place. Everything is prefect to us. “從民宿裡的設備用裝潢可以看的到老闆是個很注重細節的人，ㄧ下車民宿老闆的小孩還跑出來幫忙搬行李，害我們覺得很不好意思！這次我們家有baby隨行，很感謝民宿老闆娘幫忙準備baby浴缸和沐浴露，讓我們ㄧ家都能放心出遊！後來姊姊把手錶忘在民宿，民宿老闆娘還打電話提醒我們回來拿，謝謝您們的貼心和招待，有機會會入住！”

“飯店本身很有特色，上去阿里山森林博物館觀看介紹阿里山影片時候，還會看到奮起湖大飯店創始人及晚上螢火蟲導覽員（應該是飯店創始人的女兒）接受訪問，很有歷史的一個地方。員工有一個年輕櫃檯男生，英文很流利及禮貌向外國客人介紹，感覺素質很高。 不過奮起湖附近停車，及交通比較不清楚，希望可以做清楚標示。”

“I loved our family room with the loft; very clean and cozy and we had our own balcony with a beautiful view of the tea plantation. The hot pot restaurant was amazing with delicious fresh veggies and was a lovely way to end the day after hiking in the misty forest. The view of sunset from the hot pot restaurant was absolutely stunning! My only reservation would be for elderly travelers as there are stairs and some steep pathways- they would need some assistance with luggage and walking....
