“I only spoke a few Turkish phrases, but the staff were patient and understanding while we communicated via Google Translate. The room had a nice view over Trabzon and clean, came with a comfortable bed and chairs. The dry cleaning service/the staff letting me leave the luggage after the check-out was a huge plus as I travelled the Black Sea region. The location is just 7 min walk from the dolmus stop or 15 min walk from Trabzon Forum. I definitely stay here again. ”

“Checking in and out services were very quick. Receptionist spoke both English and Arabic. The breakfast buffet was varied and the food served changed slightly everyday. The staff were friendly and they have separate pool hours for covered women. They also have a children area with activities daily. And they have a shuttle to Forum Mall. Excellent hotel.”

We did not have time to use the facility, but they had Turkish bath and spa option. Highly recommend it. The only thing is I would ask for non-smoking room”

Ho prenotato una notte con voi e dalle foto sembrava una bella stanza ed invece era un buco!!! Tra letto e muro si passava a stento, non c'era spazio per poggiare i bagagli ed il bagno era piccolissimo!!! Dopo aver parlato con la reception sono riuscito ad avere indietro 2000,00 lire turche al cambio 56,00 € e la stessa reception mi ha detto che non potevano restituirmi la vostra commissione, quindi ho perso, grazie a voi, 81,35 (pagato a voi) - 56,00 = 25,35!!!"
