“Very quiet hotel on a beach that they keep clean. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very nice and attentive. We had a few meals at the restaurant which seemed 50/50. The room service wasn't worth it as it arrived cold and old both times even though the kitchen is 50’ away and we were one of a handful of guests. No excuse. Chose not to eat at the restaurant after trying one last chance…papaya salad…not good. except for breakfast which was decent.
The pool is nice but its a club I guess and so...

"La struttura é imponente. Dotata di tre piscine. Una lunghissima, una per bambini e un'altra nella zona ristorazione. Sono curate e pulite. Le camere sono appartamenti/camera. La doccia é formidabile. Il cambio lenzuola e tovaglie da bagno é, esageratamente, fatto quotidianamente. La colazione é buona, varia e abbondante. Noi avevamo la mezza pensione con cena. Insufficiente per varietá pur essendo abbondante. La frutta é sufficiente, ma non quello che ti aspetti. Il personale é gentile e disponibile. La reception funziona con rapiditá ed efficienza. Crab per gli spostamenti funziona bene ed é rapidissimo con area di sosta in prossimitá dell'hotel. Si può usufruire anche di un servizio di biciclette utile per muoversi nei dintorni ed andare, per esempio, al punto di atterraggio degli aerei che sfiorano la spiaggia. La spiaggia, contrariamente a quanto scritto in qualche recensione si trova lì, basta attraversare la strada."

Villas are more secluded than normal rooms, they come with more space between each other, they have a pleasant balcony and view on the green and vegetation that is inside the hotel.
The beach of Kamala is right across the street and in the northern end is possible to do snorkeling.
Staff was absolutely great, they are friendly and super positive in attitude and smiling.
Menu for all-inclusive was reduced compared to normal one but still food was pleasant for lunch and supper and the breakfast was so inclusive to make happy everyone.
In general I strongly reccomend this place, thanks again. "
