“Il mare è quello tipico della Grecia. La struttura è poco pulita e le camere vecchie e prive di confort. Orribile la doccia con la tenda nel 2024. Purtroppo la località è piena di case, hotel e negozi abbandonati. Peccato perché il paese è ottimo per qualche giorno di relax.”

“What an amazing stay. We literally jumped up and down over the incredible view. The hosts were wonderful at communicating with us and making us feel welcome. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Shopping may have been too convenient! Lol.

“Nice hotel in a nice part of Hydra. The breakfast is ok, with different type of foods. I’ve given a low rate to the service as the manager and his assistants were always bored and not collaborative at all indeed: they didn’t help us to book a sunbed in a crowded b such, it was not possible to have the breakfast bag before 8.30 am (even asking many days in advance) and so on. It’s a pity as the hotel is a nice structure, but the service is even more important. Honestly there’re many nice hotels...

“The staff at Hydra hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was in room 201 with spectacular corner views of the port and was right next to the breakfast area with its own outdoor area. Unless you are carrying a light weight bag, just plan on hiring the donkey transportation to the hotel. I carried my heavy bad myself, having not understood how many steps there actually were and would not recommend it! I highly recommend Hydra Hotel for its kind staff, beautiful aesthetics, and insane...

“Bella struttura, in posizione comoda (a poca distanza dal porto, ma in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa), gestito da una simpatica coppia di coniugi. Stanze semplici, ma confortevoli e un bel giardino, dove è possibile rilassarsi o consumare la colazione. Un'ottima soluzione per chi vuole soggiornare nella splendida Idra a un prezzo ragionevole.”

“Struttura in posizione fantastica,ma molte cose possono e devono migliorare, certi corridoi con gradini quasi fantasma hanno rovinato in buona parte le vacanze, Maura(mia sorella) si è slogato un piede causa scarsa illuminazione e gradino non segnalato a metà corridoio. I bagni un po' opsoleti, servirebbe una ristrutturazione. Per il resto personale più che accogliente, simpatico e gentilissimo, cucina eccellente, con un ottima spiaggia ed un mare stupendo. ”

We went during May which is their off season so it was daily quiet, perfect for some R&R. The hotel staff were so friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. Due to the fact that it was quiet we got table service instead of a buffet style breakfast and the food was quick and delicious. 10/10 would stay here again. Spetses as an island is small but one of the best Greek Islands...

"Struttura molto confortevole, pulita, accogliente e piacevole, e’ leggermente fuori dal centro di Skala e quindi molto tranquillo, si vede il mare dal balcone della camera. La spiaggia appena fuori è molto piccola e di sassi, gli ombrelloni e sdrai non sono compresi nel prezzo, li danno solo se si mangia nel loro ristorante. La spiaggia di sabbia di Skala è a cinque minuti a piedi ed è molto spaziosa, ombrellone e sdrai per euro 15. Nel complesso direi ottima struttura"
