“Amazing stay. Staff were very professional and friendly. I felt very welcomed and safe. Transfer from hotel to down hill and back was so smooth and available 24/7 which made tranportation incredible easy. Beds were comfortable and a/c very well working. I would come again anytime!”
“Really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, convenience for groceries (there is a grocery store right across although the prices are high), a shuttle bus that comes every 40 minutes to take you to a transfer point for the Haram.
Breakfast could use improvement but the dine-in menu for room service is very good!

"Molto caro questo hotel che sembra super lusso ma alla fine è abbastanza vecchio. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose ma i bagni sono molto vecchi e la pulizia alle volte non è top: in 10 giorni mi sono ritrovata spesso la stanza a malapena sistemata. La vista è bellissima e la colazione molto buona anche se non super. Il servizio non è niente di che: non ci tengono ad aiutarti con le valigie o queste cose qui.. però in generale è ovviamente un ottimo hotel anche se per qualità prezzo a Jeddah ce ne sono di molti migliori."
