“We had a great stay at this property in Hinjewadi, Pune. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning, wide spread of options.
The staff at the breakfast area did an amazing job. Faij was attentive and took care of the guests very well!
Property needs to be updated a bit. Bathrooms need more careful cleaning and upkeep. The counters need to be wiped well and water marks removed.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. It would be perfect if a few of the above improvements were implemented.”

“The hotel is very tired and requires an upgrade, evident with the wear and tear on room doors, the wall coverings on the levels where the rooms were and the carpets. The rooms, the lobby and the cafe were all presentable. The cafe staff were extremely welcoming but we did have to do without coffee a few mornings as the machine had broken. Also frustrating was the fact that we had to return several times to reception to activate the room access cards as they did not work on arrival at the room....
