“The rooms were not clean. The bathroom was stinking. We asked multiple times to clean bathroom before reception sent someone to clean it. The bedsheets were not sanitized and the overall condition of the room wasn't great. I will not recommend them to anyone.”

“Staff should improve on understanding English to avoid giving wrong answers for eg i asked whether the room has been paid for when check-in the male staff said yes however the next day while checking out another female staff said I have to pay for the room. Miscommunication. ”

“The room was very good and the hotel is in very good condition. The breakfast and the serving staff was very good. The one big negative was that their Wifi did not work through our stay and the front desk staff were least interested in helping us out. Dont know if it was an one off but for us not having a local data connection, the lack of Wifi was a big negative”
