“I love a classic 112 year old hotel. Shared bathrooms were clean and never a wait. Mattress was like a cloud! Everyone is helpful and friendly. Not your type of place if you're uptight and get upset about some wear and tear or hauling gear up stairs. Adventurous souls only!”

“It's Alaska, so it's different. We live in Fairbanks and were meeting family that flew in from the lower 48 and were boarding a cruise. It was a turn-and-burn, one-night stay. The hotel room was super clean, bed was super comfy, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was close (walkable) to an IGA grocery store, a liquor store, and an Alaska State museum. Totally recommend!”
