“I booked a stay for 3 days to be in albany for my mom's ninetieth birthday. The room appeared clean, but after walking around the first night.The floors made our feet black. The next day we went with my mom. The entire day when we returned, it was late, our beds were not made. The trash was not taken out.The towels were still on the bathroom floor. “A place that once was. You could see/picture how it used to be really good. Now, it's rundown, poor condition. Hotel full name is not even on the building anymore. My room, dirty sheets, missing lightbulbs, furniture, walls that had water damage. Breakfast, someone behind a gate, will make you a waffle, or give you a pastry/toast. Water/juice etc is given you by person behind the gate. Have to eat the breakfast in dining room and not allowed to take it out of that room.

“The rooms were huge, and very clean. The breakfast was amazing and the kids loved the pool. We booked multiple rooms for a soccer tournament and it was close to many restaurants, the sports facility and across the street from the airport. ”

“Room and bathroom is old and outdated and not so clean
Plus was the 24hr airport shuttle and the vending machines
Computers not working so I had to go purchase a laptop instead
Pool area and lobby was pretty nice that was the only areas that looks clean to me”
