“Total lack of hospitality from staff never felt welcome more like I was a nuisance first room smelled like someone smoked a cigarette before I entered, furniture was nasty and no remote for TV, wanted to let the staff know phone didn’t work which is a law that they work, so went back to move to another room front desk told me all rooms stink couldn’t go to another hotel cause already paid in advance terrible experience this room had two beds one bed appears bedding had not been changed, tissue...

“The room was clean and adequate. There was a mini fridge, microwave and k-pod coffee maker which were all nice amenities to have. There was a walk in shower instead of a tub which was also nice. There was plenty of parking. The staff was pleasant. They made up our room each day which was unexpected in this day and age so that was an added bonus. I did not eat the free breakfast so cannot speak to that.”
