“I'm sorry that I ever booked this hotel and may never stay at another Holiday Inn Express. The hotel has an inadequate number of parking spaces for guests unless you use a nearby parking garage that is rather inconvenient. The decor is very outdated and really should be updated. The hallways are humid and have a odd smell. Our television had sound but no picture on a Thursday and Friday. The staff said it could only be fixed by the local cable company following a storm the prior Monday evening....

“Staff here were amazing
It was a bit loud during the middle of the night with people talking outside, and you could hear people stomping around on the floor above
Parking was much easier across the street in the overflow lot; rather than the tight spaces under the building
The included breakfast was the best I’ve had anywhere”

“First, there are 3 staff members who are incredible. The woman who checked us in on 10/23/26, woman who moved us rooms on 10/24 & the man who checked us out on 10/25 were awesome. I asked to be moved to another room. When I said I didn’t mind getting a room with only one bed for me & my daughter to share he just...
