“Advertise that parking is included. Get there and the you get there and it’s first come, first serve. Had to park on street and leave my 7 am. Totally ripped up chair cover. Got there, key did not work twice. Finally got in and room had not been cleaned. Had to switch rooms.”

“The staff was really nice and the location next to the airport was very good. I didn’t think this particular building measured up to the standards for other Tru hotels. The walls were very thin and I could hear their other rooms next to mine and footsteps from the room above. ”

“This is a basic, no-frills motel. Our room has no microwave, no fridge, no coffee pot, and no shampoo or conditioner. The floor is tile--no carpet. Even at 8 pm, the clerk was behind a barrier--seemed a bit excessive for suburban property.
However--the room was exceptionally clean, The TV connected to Dish network worked well. The shower was really great with easy access, good safety bar, and fine water pressure. The clerk was nice and pointed out where we could get food. Coffee was...

“The rooms are nice and clean. Enjoy the fact they put multiple pillows on each bed. I also enjoy they still have microwaves in the rooms, as a lot of hotels are removing them. The breakfast is also always decent”
