“My soul, Lele, purpose of going there was because I thought there was Jacuzzi in the room when I got there I found out that there wasn’t as well as the Jacuzzi that they had was not even usable”

“The place is like a roadside motel. The parking lot and property had garbage and old fast food laying around. The beds are on wheels and were very uncomfortable. The staff was unable to get me a key for my door that worked so they made me a key for the adjoining room, which stopped working the next day (on a 2 day stay).”

“I was not impressed with this Hotel. We stayed for 5 days and the stairs were never vacuumed the entire time we were there and other areas were not vacuumed. Garbage cans were overflowing! The hotel gave false advertisement when they said they had a hot tub. There wasn’t one. “Since we had early morning flight after our road trip I booked this hotel which is just 2 miles from the airport and provides free airport shuttle service which was super useful! We used it twice once we returned our rental car the day before and on the day of flight early morning! The hotel staff was very helpful! I was carrying it in my pocket next to a credit card and it stopped working. Both mine and my girlfriends failed. “The hotel is in the worst part of Portland. They have no parking unless you pay an $80 valet fee. This you have to pay since there is no parking in the streets unless you want to risk parking in an area full of junkies and thieves. The Hoxton knows this, hence the ridiculous “valet fee” plus tip! I was able to park my car in a parking garage after a half hour of stress and exhaustion from my trip. Turns out that’s EXACTLY the place they park the valeted cars you pay $80 for!! RIPOFF JOINT”
