““Like an upscale resort — in a war zone.” The property was recently remodeled and really well done. Modern yet comfortable and welcoming. Clear attention to design and detail. Inviting artwork complimented the room’s natural, PNW color scheme. 4K television and easy to use digital thermostat. We were very pleased when we arrived. Then the “clomp, clomp, clomp” of the person in the room above us began… and continued on, and on, and ON until midnight. And what initially seemed like normal, city...

“The blankets had cigarette burn holes in them. We reported it to the front desk, they said they are 100% smoke free but no one listens to it and all the blankets had the holes in them. The hotel smelt like cigarettes and it had a uncomfortable feel about it. We stayed only one night and left as fast as possible. Only good thing is Fred Meyers store is right across the street if you need anything.”

“I was not impressed with this Hotel. We stayed for 5 days and the stairs were never vacuumed the entire time we were there and other areas were not vacuumed. Garbage cans were overflowing! The hotel gave false advertisement when they said they had a hot tub. There wasn’t one. The pool area was very dirty and the bathroom in the pool area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. It was not sanitary! The breakfast was ok but it was the same breakfast every morning. It also...

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Self-parking is safe and well-lit. Plenty of dining options within walking distance.”

“The best thing about our stay for our family of 6 was that we had a room with a king bed and two queen beds at a reasonable price. (Hard to find usually (our kids were excited that no one had to sleep on a pull-out couch! The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was decent (better coffee than most hotels). The shower was just average - not a lot of pressure and the bedding could have been better but would definitely stay again as we had a nice stay.”

“Quirky resort. Lots of artsy stuff. But I paid $275 for one night. That didn’t include a bathroom, TV, or phone. Building is very old and historic but not well maintained and the community bathrooms smelled. Not for me.”

“My only complaint, paying to park in an Unsecured parking lot. All guests pay to park and then read signs letting you know that you park at your own risk. What are we paying for? This is very annoying.”
