“I did not end up staying here after seeing the room. The doors as you walked down the hallway all looked as though they had been kicked in. The room had holes in the wall with hanging out wiring. The walls were dingy as if they had been smoked in for years. The rooms also smelled bad. The beds were broken down with spots that people had layed. The location was terrible! Drug dealing in the parking lot. I did not feel safe. I was unable to get a refund. I left and got another hotel that was safe...

“Never ever go there, we came to checkout and room was used ,urine in toilet, food crumbs on the table, bed looks like someone was laying. We went downstairs told front desk and canceled our reservation and left.”

“1. The old bed squeaks, the curtain doesn’t work; it has to be pulled by hand. 2. The breakfast is not complete; it is almost always missing fruits such as bananas and oranges every day, unlike what was shown on the advertising page. 3. It was difficult for the elderly person to climb the stairs. We requested a room change but had to wait too long—essentially until the day we were due to leave after stayed there in 7 days. I look forward to hearing from you.”

“No staff at check-in, took 15 plus minutes to find someone. No staff at checkout, had to find housekeeper and have her call someone to get desk staff. Once available, they were very helpful.”

“The staff were nice and most things were good. The breakfast had a good variety of options. My only gripe is that the room smelled like mildew. I will say that the lemon-scented soaps they had were very nice though.”

“First time staying at a Staypineapple. Love the location very walkable great restaurants within two or three blocks incredible Riverfront park across the street. I felt the hotel was getting a little tired and in need of fresh paint and minor repairs. Somebody had previously smoked in our room. It was a bummer that the restaurant lounge was closed most of the weekend due to staffing issues. Overall, the stay was OK. The beds were comfortable.”
