“We got to the place to check in and were told they do not offer double beds and now that we are checking out they tell us they have a bunk bed room available for $70 which is more than the $55 room.”

“Very easy to check in, the room was clean and cozy, the common areas were also very cozy and well-stocked with everything you could need, especially the kitchen. The restaurant next door was a bit loud at peak time of the evening, but that quieted down by the time we wanted to sleep and from then on it was nice and quiet. “I reserved room with 2 queen size beds, which Expedia confirmed but received King room with sleeping sofa. Sleeping sofa is not as comfortable as regular bed. No apologies were issued. No explanation before we were sent to the room. When called the front desk we were told to wait 5 minutes, someone is working on it. After 20 minutes of not hearing back, I called. No resolution was issued. Next morning I asked to be moved to a new room, which we were. We should have been informed upon check in...
