“Updated rooms and hallways. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I like that it’s kind of tucked away in a real neighborhood, 100 yards from a Safeway and on a pretty walking path along the river. I’ve never felt unsafe arriving late. ”

“We had stayed here a few years back. This trip we noticed the property is more dated. The shower had visible cracks and breaking down. Furniture is worn. They put plug in air fresheners in the hallways. Will likely not stay here again. Reminds me of the hotels that have been converted to temporary housing for the unhoused. ”

“We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. “It appears that this Ramada Inn may have become accommodation for people going through rough times and transitions in their lives. The sidewalks around the property were covered in trash and old diapers. There is no 'business center', I also did not see a 'fitness center'. While the room itself was clean and well maintained the rest of hotel was shabby. In the breakfast room there was a cabinet door falling off its hinges. “We stayed 2 nights. The breakfast the 1st morning was cancelled due to a electrical problem so we had to go out for breakfast. The 2nd day breakfast was posponed a half hour. There were no eggs to go with th e sausage, which wasn't very good. Not impressed with the breakfast”

“The kitchen did not have any cooking or eating items at all. There was a sign implying you could purchase some at the front desk. The "breakfast" was coffee, some oatmeal packets, two breakfast bars, and one tiny muffin. We were there during the beginning of "breakfast" hours and there wasn't even enough for us 3 to all have 1 tiny muffin. There was hair all over the tub and shower curtain as if it was not even cleaned. I would not stay again”

“Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland.”
