“The room was old fashion and small but essential and clean, I got everything I needed, a fridge, lcd tv and the enclosed bathroom. Pretty quiet too. Reasonably central (10 mins walk to Perth Central Station and the street malls). Served by several buses. Frances the landlady is very nice and helpful. I was meant to check out at 9.30 am but for a honest fee she let me stay till 8 pm (I had an 11 pm flight). I highly recommend this accomodation”

“I was staying in the single room, which is a bargain for Perth standards. Room is spacious enough to be confy, bed is very good, tv and AC are new. Common bathroom was clean. The kitchen needs more care and some deep cleaning (some spots are cleaned regularly, others haven't been cleaned in months). ”
