“Il mio soggiorno è stato positivo. Nonostante si trovi in una via abbastanza trafficata, è un hotel tranquillo, dove poter riposare dopo aver trascorso tutta la giornata fuori. Colazione abbondante e variegata, davvero per tutti i gusti. ”

“Cheap hotel not far from the City Centre and the University as well. The environment is very essential but very quiet and clean, the staff is ok and the breakfast is very good and abundant.”

“After 12 hours travelling all i wanted was a fine night. I didn't ask for absolute silence but the disco pub was far too much for me and i couldn't sleep. The place is clean, the keepers very gentile and nice, in the kitchen were everything i needed and even more! A lovely place, but i have had the wrong room i fear.”

Its not even namned Richmond House Lodge on the building, its named Harmony Haven and has old ratings that says its got 8,9 points in Great Review from year 2017 and there is also a FHR rating on 5 but they dont even serve food! You dont get information on wich room you have been given, mine was called Amity Suit ;-) My room was supposed to have a double bed, it was a small 80 cm bed with used sheets. It smells mold in the toilet and its very noisy from outside. It was hard...

“Absolutely loved the location! Would definitely recommend and stay again. Needs easier access for laundry, perhaps “guest” cards for machines.”

“The pillow cases and duvet covers smell so bad. Nobody cares if you are sleeping or not because someone was playing music at 1am and there is another guy making calls and running up and down the house 2am. ”

“The hotel is very basic, perfect for people who need a simple and cheap accommodation. My single room had a bathroom and comforts like a flat tv, a boiler with tea/coffee, a night light, a wardrobe and a desk. All cleaned every day, with new towels. I can only say the building is old, so is the carpet and furniture - and the windows, so I'd say bring your own blanket and thick pijamas if you can :) The staff is the best, friendly and always available. “Hotel is being renovated at moment so rooms are basic but was in right location to visit o2 academy . Check in guy was lovely, car park aswell so suited our needs for one night.”

“Id booked a single room with onsuite bathroom, and i got exactly what i was asking for. Clean, comfortable and very easy to access even though the hotel is unstaffed (no reception). Id recommend this hotel to all, but make sure you read the info provided as to the facilities so you are not disappointed or surprised on arrival. I will be staying there again in the future, its got everything I need. The custome service was top notch too when i contacted them. Fast and efficient. ”
