“Nice place”

“Dormire nella storia...in un hotel che è li da 500 anni ! Scelto quasi per caso dovendo spezzare tra il Galles e l'aereoporto di Stansed è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Situato proprio nel centro di una graziosissima cittadina la location è calda ed accogliente. Stanze curate accessoriate e pulite. Ha anche un pub/ristorante curato e dai prezzi accessibili. Se poi si preferisce uscire, attorno si trova di tutto in pochi metri. Un plauso anche alla colazione, ricca e variegata”

“3 nights family stay, the gym is small but well equipped, the location is gorgeous and the housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast is very good but could improve in terms of variety. The restaurant has a limited menu and is the same of the bar. The service was very slow in general. Wifi was fast and very stable. Excellent value in general for the money .”

“Room clean and bed comfy. Standard room but all good. Towel rail fell off and shower a bit fiddly, but not a major problem. Staff great, breakfast excellent, and lovely bar area.”

“Have stayed at this amazing place before - a little further out than we wanted - but the price was worth it! Had a quiet 'basement room' for 2 nights. It was very clean and pleasant throughout and still had a window view to the ground level, which we weren't expecting. Warm, cosy and comfortable , plenty of plugs, tea/coffee facilities and hair dryer. Shower piping hot with plenty of complimentary products, clean towels and comfy bed. We tried the buffet breakfast for 1 morning - Set out...

“It was a very old building with lots of history, it was quiet and pleasant to stay there, close to the site I was working at the next day, the car park was really close and cheap. friendly staff and nice breakfast 👍”

“L’hotel è una bella struttura in mattoni rossi a un passo dal castello di Nottingham e dal centro città coi negozi e i ristoranti. La camera è pulita e confortevole con un bel bagno, macchina del caffè/te; il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Per chi viaggia in auto il parcheggio è proprio accanto alla struttura. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo”
