“Va tutto bene solo i muri non sono insonorizzzati e i mobili/porte un po’ degradati. Anche la vasca non è in ottime condizioni, comunque per una notte va bene. Colazione ok. Navetta super efficiente ”

“The property was pretty standard. The rooms are a bit older and have been well used over time. Clean for their condition. The location of the hotel had a significant amount of homeless individuals on the same block with the main street, Dundas, being fairly dirty and smelling predominately of urine. The hotel experience was average but I would express caution in terms of the location.”

“La stanza prenotata ha rispecchiato tutte le aspettative: ampia, molto funzionale negli spazi e con ottimi servizi per lavorare. La reception pratica e veloce; la colazione continentale a dir poco ottima e per ogni esigenza. Parcheggio molto comodo. Non da poco la posizione dell'albergo è centrale: tutte le attrattive a portata di mano senza alcun bisogno di utilizzare la macchina e/o i mezzi di trasporto. Consigliato a tutti”

“Nice hotel, extremely convenient not only to spend a night pre-flight, but also to visit Toronto (as in my case). The complimentary shuttle bus comes very handy to reach the airport (4-5 minutes) and from there the city center by UP train (25 minutes). Talking of the hotel, I really appreciate the size (big!) and the perfecr cleanliness. I'm not a fan of carpet, but I understand it's a North American thing. “We walked in and the place had a weird smell. Got to the room opened the door and the room smelt so badly of must and mold. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and there was a visitor in the bathroom ( roach ) . I still haven't received my deposit back yet either. They said it would take 3 to 5 business days and it's been more than that. Extremely unprofessional!”

“The hotel is strategically located 8 km from the O’Hare airport that is to say 15 minutes away if driving. Motel style building. Free parking around the hotel. Very good for late flights or early departures. Nice staff. Tea/coffee station in the lobby all day. No breakfast before six a.m. even if included in the rate. No breakfast boxes! ”

“Loved the location. The hotel and accommodations were very good. The breakfast; however, was terrible. There was nobody attending the free breakfast bar and they were out of most items. We went to breakfast an hour before it closed for the morning so there was no excuse for not having an attendant monitoring. There were a lot of people there for their breakfast and they were out of food.”
