“The room was very nice for the price of the room. Clean and ready at check in time. They were busy so early check in wasn't a possibility. The tv was okay but I wasn't here to watch tv so it didn't bother me, the AC worked and kept the room very cold . I was super annoyed that we were charged a $100 deposit at check in, this wasn't stated anywhere in the reservation that we would have to do this. What would keep me from staying her again is the NASTY area that is used for the dogs to go...

“I live in hotels full time for the past 2 years. I've stays in hundreds of them. This is by far the worst. Bugs everywhere. I had to buy bug strips because of how many flys. Also the ceiling drips. It wasn't raining either. Who knows what liquid it was. But it will drip on your bed. Blood on the walls. Bed sheets dont get changed ever. You will have to sleep in dirty sheets.”

“I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I accidentally entered the wrong date when booking my hotel stay through Expedia. As soon as I realized the mistake, I attempted to cancel the reservation. I had also purchased the hotel protection plan and believed I would receive assistance or a refund.

“The hotel smelled HORRIBLE despite air purifiers being everywhere. The pool was cloudy and had bandaids floating in it. The handicap lift for the pool was cracked and falling apart. Upon arrival, there were French fries on the floor. My daughter pulled the sheets back and there were spiders in the bed. The hotel staff was not helpful or very nice. They didn’t want to refund me. I contacted Expedia customer service and they quickly helped me and got my money back.”
