“A causa dell’eruzione dell’Etna ho perso tutti i voli per San Salvador e non ho potuto chiaramente presentarmi all’hotel; appena realizzata la situazione ho contattato l’hotel per avvisarli e cercare di arrivare a un compromesso che mi permettesse di non perdere anche i soldi di questa prenotazione visto il gravissimo danno economico già subito: non si sono nemmeno degnati di rispondermi!! Grande dimostrazione di professionalità in primis per non avermi nemmeno risposto ai messaggi, e in seguito...

“This is not a fancy Hotel, it’s more like an old beach front hotel back in the states, but the staff is amazing.i was there in April 2025 and I got so sick with travelers diarrhea and the Hotel manager was so nice and took me to a local hospital. He was genuinely worried about me.thank you staff and hospital staff for giving the best care. Will and plan to go back soon.”
