“1. Check in is unprofessional, after getting my ID, front desk verified my phone number, after this step, they requested to see my original reservation receipt, which was very confusing. I asked something wrong? They said they just need to check. (Most of holiday in express can finish check in in 30 second, this one takes much longer time). 2. The hardware of hotel is good. 3. “The room was a bit on the older side and didn't feel overly maintained. Lots of the wallpaper was peeling. At least one ceiling tile was sagging low. The bed was very hard. It had low water pressure. The room itself was clean, and the hardwood furnite was quite nice. ”

“一泊5000円を切る安さですが、部屋は新しく清潔で、アメニティも充実していました。スリッパ、歯ブラシ、櫛、シャワーキャップ、コーヒー、お茶の他、水も毎日2本無料で頂けたので大変助かりました。英語が通じるスタッフは少ないですが、翻訳アプリを使って丁寧にご対応いただけたので特に問題ないです。冷蔵庫はなかったのでその点は注意が必要です。”
