“Unfortunately, it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. The condition was so bad staff not friendly. The room was so uncomfortable dirty disgusting not very helpful at all. “This hotel is very close to the Baiyun airport 5 to 7 minutes by shuttle, I arrived late on the day of the check in and yet i was able to be picked up by a shuttle van from the hotel, there was a younger gentleman at the check in counter and he was very helpful with my needs, if you staying in Guangzhou for a day then i would recommend this place, free airport shuttle to and from the hotel was very convenient for me, not having to flag a taxi down and haggle with the taxi fare and the stress it...

“I liked that the property was directly linked to a shopping center. I also liked that the cleaning lady came by everyday. What I didn’t like was that my room was without electricity for almost a whole day. I contacted the hosts several times but they never responded. Then when someone finally responded they said it would be sorted in 30 minutes. 3 hours later I got the issue resolved. ”
