“The hotel is undergoing renovations. The room I stayed in is newly redone; much improved from my previous stay at the beginning of renovation. The window was covered due to renovation. The front desk is in a temporary location. The amenities are nice. This is going to be excellent once they’re finished. Very comfortable stay.”

“フロントのスタッフは皆優しく、言葉が通じにくくても翻訳を使って説明をしてくれました。エレベーターの近くの部屋で、うるさいかもしれないということで耳栓を渡してくれたけど、そんなに気になることもなくホテルの周りも静かな環境だったこともあり、ゆっくりと休むことができました。日用品店までは少し歩くけど、いざという時でも行ける距離だったので足りないものを買い足すことができて助かりました。立地も多くを望まなければ不満はないです。”

“Hotel staff didn’t contact us back regarding an issue despite calling them twice. They charged us for a missing item about which we have no clue, they didn’t even contact us before charging or did any inquiry. Don’t recommend this hotel. Disappointed.”

“The problems we had with the property was it was not announced that the property was under renovation. While the room was fine, the hallway was a not clean due to the construction.
Also, the breakfast had zero options for gluten free options, not even Cheerios.”
