“Long travel day with 3 kids. Arrived late. Booked on Expedia and messaged property ahead to let them know of arrival time. Front desk staff was horrendous and VERY put out by having to check me in (despite it being a 5 minute process). Reluctant to answer questions about breakfast and gym. Room was dirty and had a terrible smell. Tub had no plug and bathroom fan likely has mold.
Morning staff member was VERY kind and pleasant, likely would’ve been a different experience had she checked us in...

“This property was very clean, it was well maintained and the staff very friendly. I am a senior woman and I was traveling by myself with my dog. They were very welcoming of my dog, and kind to her as well. I have stayed here before this stay, and I will stay here again.”

“Staff creates issues, if you find roaches in your room or your AC doesn't work, they will make you the problem if you say anything about it. Theyll overcharge you for a roach infested room, stay away from this dump, have some self respect and go anywhere else”

“This hotel was Industrial awesome! Our room was large and very clean. The beds were comfortable. There is a pinball lounge on the second floor which my teenager really enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again!”
