“Very comfortable place to stay. Near the attractions, restaurant, street food, shops. There's a coffee machine, ice cubes at the lobby. 2 big washing machine and a dryer. 2 complimentary bottled water daily, and daily room cleaning. Comfy bed and good AC. Very quiet location. “Hotel was in a great location. Close to all attractions and events. Close to tourist areas and shopping. Lots of restaurants near by. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. It was hard to communicate with one another even with translators. ”

“I booked through Expedia in New Zealand. Arrived in Shanghai at the hotel, there was no reservation made. Expedia have been paid but not booked the hotel. The online support is a contradiction to the word support. I had to rebook at the hotel. The messages left with Expedia AI have not been replied to. Expedia, to most people this is known as a scam. Please be resposible and return the payment I made to you.”
