“Splash was an amazing VRBO! The space is clean, the house has been updated through out and is lovely! The location is so convenient to everything. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. The views and walk to the beach are best available. Great kids spaces here! Don’t hesitate to stay at Splash it is perfect!Brandon is a great host, we really appreciate you sharing your home with us!”

“I will start with the positives -- which were numerous -- the house is gorgeous and well appointed. The elevator was a big help -- in arriving and packing up, as well as for more mature guests who had a challenge with the stairs. The location is great -- right on the beach, which is a quick walk away. We received great check-in information and it went off without a hitch. “This home’s location on the canal was lovely. The 2 decks on either side of the living area on the 3rd floor provided excellent views of the canal and the gorgeous sunsets. The dock made it easy to use our kayak and fish. There was an outdoor grill and fire pit area as well. All were well maintained.This house has a pool under construction. We knew this when we rented it so went in knowing there would be noise/construction debris. The crew did not work Saturday or Sunday, which was nice. The...

“We came in on a Saturday and left Tuesday and wished we could have stayed longer!! Amazing property and would definitely book again! Super quick minute walk to the beach and the most beautiful screened porch to enjoy the amazing beach views from! And then once inside you can see the same from every room. Just amazing!!! ”

“We really enjoyed the location of the property. The apartment was just the right size for the two of us. It did have a few issues. There were ants in the kitchen, no cabinets to store food and really needed a dehumidifier. Everything felt damp. We did enjoy our stay . ”
