“This home’s location on the canal was lovely. The 2 decks on either side of the living area on the 3rd floor provided excellent views of the canal and the gorgeous sunsets. The dock made it easy to use our kayak and fish. There was an outdoor grill and fire pit area as well. All were well maintained.This house has a pool under construction. “I will start with the positives -- which were numerous -- the house is gorgeous and well appointed. The elevator was a big help -- in arriving and packing up, as well as for more mature guests who had a challenge with the stairs. “We really enjoyed the location of the property. The apartment was just the right size for the two of us. It did have a few issues. There were ants in the kitchen, no cabinets to store food and really needed a dehumidifier. Everything felt damp. We did enjoy our stay . ”

“We came in on a Saturday and left Tuesday and wished we could have stayed longer!! Amazing property and would definitely book again! “The master bedroom has wall to wall 10ft windows and no window treatments. No privacy at night and bright at sunrise.The elevator does not work, dishwashers had to be replaced during the stay, cook top is hard to work. One of the king bedroom's balcony door leaked so bad that the carpet was soaked. The place had not been maintained well.The management company responded well and did everything they could to assist with issues.”

“Our family of 13 stayed very comfortably here for the week. It was clean and exactly what we were expecting. There were a few perks that we didn’t know about (two refrigerators and an extra ice maker). We loved everything about this beach house! It’s very close to the beach access, the elevator is very handy going up to the top floors, the pool was perfect and the host was very easy to get a hold of. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“Great property! 3-4 minute walk to the beach. We had 11 people in our group with more than enough room to enjoy, as well as sleep! House was well stocked with toiletries, dishes, towels, etc.., however, there wasn’t a tv in the house. Most of our guest was ok with that, but there was a few that missed having it. We really enjoyed staying at the Pelican Bomber! ”
