“I checked into a house full of pleasant surprises. With its brand-new furnishings and spotlessly clean corners, coupled with just the right amount of tranquility, it instantly melted away all the weariness from my journey.
The house exudes local cultural charm everywhere, allowing you to stumble upon little delights by chance. What’s more, the housekeeper is kind and lovely—a warm greeting from them adds a healing touch to this wonderful stay.

“Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. Warning, it is hard to find and the driveway is very steep, but she gave us excellent directions and any...

“great location; beautiful view; great pool and outdoor area. it really is not a 3 bedroom, the "3rd bedroom" was more of an office with a pull out couch. Our daughter was not happy but we made the best of it. Not a lot of privacy since the second bedroom entrance you walked through the "3rd bedroom" unless you walked outside.Otherwise was great! Thoroughly enjoyed St John.”

“Host booked the wrong date at the resort and was totally unresponsive when we contacted him about the issue. Left us stranded at the airport in St Thomas. We had to pay 1900 to get a room for one night. Still have not heard from the host with an explanation or apology.”

“We had an amazing stay. The condo was beautiful and well maintained, very short walk into town to restaurants, shops and taxis to beaches. We didn’t rent a car while on the island but it wasn’t necessary based on the location. Nora and her husband were excellent hosts, available for any needs and really went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing trip and enjoyed all the sites. I would highly recommend the Edgewater. We can’t wait for a return trip in the future.”

“Besides being immaculately clean and private, what really stood out to me was the attention to detail in matters of convenience and comfort. For example: Two washers and dryers- an entire day isn’t wasted doing the whole family’s laundry. A few snacks and beverages in the fridge from the deli after a long day of traveling to the island- saving you from being hangry while getting settled in before you can make it to the market or a restaurant.
