If it was not for the staff, the vacation would not have gone so well. The breakfast and food at the outdoor bar was very good. The dinner buffet was not good. The entertainment listed was a no show or not accurate. We had a jeep so could leave. Again the rooms were clean and the price was reasonable except for the inaccuracy of the description.”

“Air Conditioning was nice. House keeping came daily. Rooms were spacious but bathrooms are tiny, limited towels, staff was not helpful, beds were very hard, rooms flooded from rain storm was told to put luggage on bed. Never tried to do anything about it. Front desk was VERY slow. Rooms were not ready at 4. They had muffins and water daily. NOT worth the price.”

“The staff is what makes an average Marriot stay great. From the doorman to the housekeepers all were friendly and very helpful. The facility has long distances between the hotel and amenities. The rooms are average and dark, including the bathroom. Tried the Italian restaurant and waited over an hour for the main course. I would not come back.”

My only room complaint was a more private toilet door and the facet’s stream was very unusual for a hotel sink. We hung out at both the pool - so many pools to choose from- and beach, both were quite nice. It would have been nice for beach toys to be included rather than being an additional charge. “My first time staying at this resort was pleasant. pros the resort was clean and peaceful the view of the beach was lovely. Food was ok needed a little improvement my best meal was breakfast. Cons this resort definitely needs room service! the first day I woke up to my room being soaking wet water was dripping from the ceiling on to the floor and the beds due to the dehumidifier not being emptied but the staff was very accommodating and clean and fixed everything pretty quickly.”

“Tutto sommato e' stata una buona esperienza. L'hotel si trova in una baia molto bella ma comunque un po' distante dall'aeroporto e dal centro. Il ristorante e le attrazioni del ressort sono un po' care, comunque grazie alla cucina presente nelle camere e' possibile comprare da mangiare nei negozi e cucinare proprio conto risparmiando un sacco di soldi. I negozi non sono vicinissimi ma sono comunque raggiungibili con taxi. Il sistema di trasporto pubblico SAFARI e' buono ed economico, (si paga 1$...
