This place is definitely not a 4 star resort. The good things about the resort are they had beautiful grounds, the pools and beach area were nice, live entertainment at night, comfortable beds, local vendors selling stuff by the restaurant and balconies. We stayed a total of 6 days, not once was our room cleaned. I called down to the front desk and was informed that they don't clean the rooms but could bring us towel. The sand in the Virgin Islands is beautiful but it will end up everywhere, all over your clothes, belongings and eventually even trying to be careful in your bed. It was hard to sleep because I could feel the sand on the sheets. The walls were super thin, we could hear everything our neighbors were doing. My sister and her husband had to be moved because their room smelled like mold. The second room also smelled like mold and they wouldn't move them again because they said they had no other rooms. They claimed it was the cleaning products that smelled like that which definitely wasn't true. We took pictures of mold growing in the bathroom. The fan in the bathrooms didn't work. They will give you a ride in golf carts instead of walking up the hills, except they drive very fast. A golf cart full of people flipped over during our stay. When you first check in they try to convince you to sit through a 90 minute presentation. The Virgin Islands were beautiful and we definitely will go back, but won't be staying here ever again.
