“Spacious and clean, large patio deck with some views. Recommend getting a golf cart, gives you more freedom. There is a free safari truck that picks you up from ferry dock and will take you to the beach and bar/grill. Lots of rentals at beach for fun in the water.”

“Flamingo Point is everything you want in a vacation rental, except no air conditioning, they have fabulous ceiling fans and extra fans for each room. The house is sitting in a spectacular location with views for miles. The 4 bedrooms with king beds were all comfortable. “When booking on Expedia your room is booked as an average stay. This means you cannot upgrade or change your room. Room 308 was clean. However, it had a strong musty, cat urine smell. We did not complain, we just went and bought lysol and sprayed every day. We were on the bottom floor and could not change the room. But now we know the room types Expedia will give with their so called package deals.”
