“Had a very poor experience traveling as a group of 8. While we understand some things are outside the resort’s control, overall this was one of the most disappointing all-inclusive experiences we’ve had. The food was below average, and many items we ordered were either unavailable by 9 AM or equipment/services were broken. “Everything was excellent. Our room was oceanfront, on the corner, next to trees. I think if the door seal & cracks throughout the room were properly sealed. It would minimize the small pest (bugs, small centipedes, etc) from getting in. We laid towels in front both doors. Helped tremendously. We will definitely be returning.”

As a senior, this facility was very remote when touring the island and driving on the left side of the road was challenging at times. Also, the elevator doesn't work so getting to the other levels was challenging. Julie, the manager went out of her way to accommodate us.”

Views are wonderful, beach is very nice and not crowded, bartender Connor was excellent and food truck was delicious!! We fell in love with the cats around our cabin. All in all, this place will always be our place to stay!! ”
